Within the framework of the transparent operation of the National Accreditation Authority, it has introduced a transition meter for tracking the transitions to the MSZ EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 standard, where organizations in each accreditation category can be tracked on a weekly basis on the NAH website. According to the original schedule provided by ILAC, organizations would have had the opportunity to transition until November 30, 2020, but due to the 2020 epidemic, the transition period was extended by ILAC until June 1, 2021. A minority of organizations (approximately 20%) have benefited from the extension of the transition period and not completed the transition process by 30 November 2020.
We conducted a questionnaire survey among the organizations that had already migrated to find out what type of procedure they chose for the transition, the final result of which is shown in the following figure.
According to today's transition meter, 15.7% (85 db) of accredited organizations do not yet finished transition process to the new standard, 40 of them are already in the process of transition and 28 organizations have indicated that they will submit the necessary documents for transition soon.
Completion of transition process to the new standard must be conducted within the remaining four months.
