The Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission invited the National Accreditation Authority (NAH) of Hungary to organize a five-day training program within the framework of TAIEX program.
TAIEX is the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission founded in 1996 aiming to support beneficiary countries to understand, transpose and implement the European Union legislation, therefore fostering cooperation between the EU and the neighboring countries. According to the process the beneficiary country submits its claim to the European Commission, specifying the field in which the help is awaited, furthermore it has the opportunity to determine the preferred country and even to nominate the organization. IMANOR nominated NAH as its preferred partner.
Accepting the request, the representatives of NAH welcomed the three-member delegation of the Moroccan standardization organization between 16th and 20th of October. The aim of this study visit was to give an overview on the ISO / IEC 17021-1: 2015 and ISO / IEC 17065: 2012 standards and the practical implementation of the presented provisions.
Interactivity, good questions and based on the feedbacks successful implementation characterized this one-week job which was a new stage in creating further cooperations in the field of Halal accreditation.
