Change to customer service

We kindly inform our Customers that the service hours announced by the National Accreditation Authority (NAH) will be modified as of 6 June 2016.

In relation with that, the receipt of documents delivered to NAH will change as of this date as follows:

  • Accreditation documents delivered in person will be received directly by the accreditation desk officer appointed for the procedure.
  • In future - in case you want to hand over documents in person or by courier service - it can only be done at a point of time previously agreed on.
  • If you are a new partner, you are kindly requested to send an e-mail to titkarsag@nah.gov.hu and indicate your intention, on the basis of which we appoint the accreditation desk officer and inform you thereof.

You are kindly requested to note that sending documentation by postal service continues to be an option.
