In case an accredited organisation or natural person is planning a change which is related to its accredited status and it is affecting its status or any characteristic of its activity in any way, it can submit a preliminary report to the authority.
The authority will examine the preliminary report and will form an opinion concerning the significant change.
The authority conducts the procedure within a 21 days procedure deadline.
The feeimposed on the procedure related to the examination of the preliminary report will be determined by the Authority by considering as a basis the tariffs applied in relation to engineer categories of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
